Statewide propositions are becoming a popular and sometimes effective way for special interest groups to circumvent the legislative process to get major issues established as law. The Lake Elsinore Valley Chamber recommends its positions on the following propositions:
- 1 SUPPORT Proposition 1A: Transportation Loop Hole
- 2 SUPPORT Proposition 1B: Transportation
- 3 SUPPORT Proposition 1C: Housing
- 4 SUPPORT Proposition 1D: Education
- 5 SUPPORT Proposition 1E: Levees/Flood Control
- 6 SUPPORT Proposition 84: Water Quality
- 7 OPPOSE Proposition 86: Tax on Cigarettes
- 8 OPPOSE Proposition 88: Parcel Tax Increase
- 9 OPPOSE Proposition 89: Political Campaign Funding
- 10 SUPPORT Proposition 90: Government Acquisition of Property
