About Homes4CA

Formed in December 2005, Homes4CA is a coalition of organizations committed to maintaining state funding for more affordable homes in California. Partners include the Affordable Housing Collaborative, California Housing Consortium, and Housing California.

About Yes on Prop 1C
In 2006, Homes4CA successfully worked with the Legislature to place Proposition 1C: The Housing and Emergency Shelter Trust Fund Act of 2006 on the November 2006 ballot as part of a package of infrastructure bond measures (now known as the Rebuild California Plan). Yes on Prop 1C (ID # 1287359) is a project of Homes4CA and will provide emergency shelters for battered women, affordable homes for seniors and former foster youths, and shelters with social services for homeless families – within existing resources – without raising taxes. Prop. 1C is endorsed by Habitat for Humanity, AARP and the CA Partnership to End Domestic Violence. View all Endorsers.
